Location: calm blind ally street, south location, slightly at the hill in Ponte Tresa (CH) with a magnificent view on the lake of Lugano. The location of the house offers a unique view also by night on the illuminated little bay of Ponte Tresa, Switzerland and Italy. In a few minutes one is by foot at the lake, town or Italy. The public transport system is very good and reachable in a few minutes by foot. Both flats are lucid and have a 8 m room-high windows with a roofed spacious terrace, facing to the lake of Lugano. Both flats have also on the side a terrace offering a beautiful view on the lake. The sophisticated ambiance is fully equipped with kitchen and wardrobes. Both flats do have modern furniture as well as each a flat screen TV with worldwide programs.The 3 room flat will be finished by mid January 2010 and some first images can be send upon request.

We offer in addition to our 2 room flat a 3 room flat, which is ideal for families or 2 couples. The 3 room flat is located above the 2 room flat in the same building offering even a better view on the lake. The open, spacious, bright living area on 34 sqm with a ceiling high glass front offers an amazing view on the lake of Lugano. The covered terrace with 20 sqm is accessible through this window front. The fully equipped new kitchen with counter offers a lot of amenities such as induction cooking and oven. In addition to the spacious living area, the apartment offers 2 big bed rooms. Both bedrooms have access to the side terrace through its ceiling high windows. The side terrace also offers a beautiful view on the lake of Lugano, sunbeds and an outdoor garden shower. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath tube, wc and double sink and one with shower, sink and wc.

The flat is located on the same level as the 2 sunny terraces and the small garden in a newly constructed house with 6 flats, 800m from the Italian border on the Swiss part, in a street a little bit up the hill to allow a magnificent view on the lake and calm ambience due to the blind alley street. Saturdays is a market in Ponte Tresa (IT), 5 minutes by foot to the bank, post and station. By car: 10 minutes to Lugano, 30 minutes to Como and Lake of Como, 20 Minutes to the Lago Maggiore, 60 minutes to Milan, 30 minutes to the Foxtown (big designer outlet). 3km to the golf course of Magliaso/CH, 20km to the golf course of Varese /IT. Many possibilities for hiking (Monte Bre, Monte Tamaro, Monte Lema, Monto Generoso, San Salvatore, etc.). Many excursions by boat on the lake of Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Lake of Como. Different markets in Italy and Ticino.

  • All prices are final inclusive of bed linen and towels (no bath towels to go to the lake or pool) plus the officially
    valid visitors tax at that time (today chf 2.05 per person and night) and plus the final cleaning of chf 210.
    (Towels are provided in a adequate amount upon arrival. A change during the week can be accommodated for
    an extra charge of chf 5.00 per person).

    2 parkings at the house are included of which one is covered.
  • The flat will be finished by mid January 2010 therefore we do not have yet many detailed images of the flat. A presentation after a first request will be send by email. The finishing will be similar o the 2 room flat which is also online offered.
