Situated at the end of the village, parking is from 15 metres away. On a narrow, traffic free street one enters the lovely stone house up a stone staircase. Living room 26 m²: with open Languedocienne fireplace, access to terrace & garden. Kitchen 16 m²: well equiped; incl. washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer; French Window to terrace. Dining choice: terrace, kitchen or terrace.

Wir haben mit einem bereundeten Ehepaar (4 Personen Mitte 30) eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wenn man sich an die französische Bettgrösse von max. 1,40m Breite (s.o. "groß") gewöhnt hat, ist es sehr kuschelig und gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Kanutouren auf dem Orb, die "Gorges d'Heric" und der Gipfel sowie das Hochplateau des Mont Caroux liegen in Fussreichweite - wenn man 1000 Höhenmeter "wandern" (d.h. mit Klettereinlagen) gewöhnt ist.

Leider konnten wir den sehr geschmackvoll angelegten Garten aufgrund des Wetters nicht so nutzen, wie er es verdient hat - die Terassen sind wirklich malerisch.

Ausflüge nach Beziers (Schleusen), Narbonne (Kathedrale), Carcassonne (Festung), Roquefort (Käse) und ans Mittelmeer sind von hier in 2h Fahrzeit erreichbar, gute Weingebiete mit Verkostung liegen direkt vor der Haustür.

Wir (Paar) waren in diesem schönen Haus schon 3x zu Gast und haben es jedes Mal genossen! Man fühlt sich wie in der guten alten Zeit, kleine Gassen, alte Häuser aus Felsstein, Fensterläden aus Holz und im Haus selbst viel unbehandelter Naturstein und Holz. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und landestypisch eiingerichtet, es ist gemütlich und wohnlich. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Haus und Gegend sind perfekt für diejenigen, die es gerne ruhig und ländllich mögen, Spazier- und Kletterwege sind quasi um die Ecke reichlich vorhanden. Wir werden wieder kommen!!
