The powerful luxury villa del Sueno is in an ideal location in Tias, a village on the Canary Island of Lanzarote. A short walk from the villa and you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tapas bars, the local bakery and a taxi parking space. The tastefully, high quality furnished villa has 4 double bedrooms with large terraces. Air conditioners and ceiling fans provide for cooling during hot and humid nights. During the winter, the entire pool is heated and there are cushioned loungers on the edge of the pool and a BBQ area. On the terrace you will find a whirlpool with a hydro-air massage function for 7 people that guarantees relaxation in comfortable waters. Fee high speed WLAN internet hotspots throughout the villa, and there is 1 computer with a broadband connection (24 hour connection) available. Thus, you can stay in contact with friends, family and business partners while you sip on your cocktail.

The spectacular gold beaches surrounded by palm trees in Puerto del Carmen can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The old picturesque fishing harbour is a popular place to play boules late in the evening or to try out one of the stunning fish restaurants. Alternatively, you can visit our stunning marina in Puerto Calero where you can observe different types of fish in the crystal-clear water or you can book an underwater or a catamaran trip or a snorkelling hour. Or how about eating in one of the countless restaurants on the pier. Tias is ideally located to partake in a variety of excursions. For example, to the Timanfaya National Park (active volcano), to Jameos del Agua (caves), to green caves, the cactus garden or the parrot park just to name a few.
