This guest house consists of 3 apartments – each with a separate entrance - which can be hired in combination or singly. There are 2 complete apartments and a separate guest room with bathroom and TV. So you can accommodate up to 8 (max. 10) persons. It is located in a small, tranquil side street away from the village. The sea, beaches, bars, restaurants, disco scene and shops are all a few minutes away on foot. The apartment is ideally located between there beaches: Son Moll, Cala Agulla and Cala Gat, 5-10 minutes away on foot on the one hand you have rest and relaxation, on the other lots of leisure activities for a lovely, interesting holiday. Cala Ratjada town is in the north east of the island, on the southern side of a tongue of land stretching into the sea. Originally it was just Capdepera harbour, but nowadays it’s the second largest fishing harbour on the island. Capdepera castle – the island’s capital during Roman times – has an enchanting view of this fascinating bit of land. It has picturesque scenery, picture-book beaches and a really unspoilt little harbour village with quaint nightlife, so Cala Ratjada is a very popular holiday resort for young and old, singles and families. From Cala Ratjada there are various boat trips. There are no sky-scrapers in the town centre. The town features the harbour, typical little old Majorcan fishermen’s houses, a church and Pine Square, where every Saturday there’s a market.

Ich war mit 5 Freunden in diesem super geflegten und exzelenten Ferienhaus.
Es war super eingerichtet und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist auch überragend, da es 5 Minuten von der Partymeile und etwa 7 Minuten bis zum Strand sind. Ausserdem waren die Vermieter einfach einmalig. Sie waren mehr als freundlich und einfach nur richtig gut drauf.
Alles in allem kann man dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Klasse Wohnungen im Zentrum Calala Ratjadas!

Waren mit 9 Personen (21-25j.) Ende Juli 2009 vor Ort. Wir waren alle sehr beigeistert! Es sind 3 Etagen. Unten 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad, Sat-TV und Kühlschrank - leider ohne Küche und kleine Terrasse. Die oberen beiden Etagen komplett gleich mit Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine, Sat-TV, ausziehbarem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Doppel-Schlafcouch, kleinem Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, Zimmer mit 2 Einzel-Betten und großem Badezimmer (Dusche). Wir hatten (fast) alles was das Herz begehrt! Auch die Vermieterin stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Strand ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Zentrum mit all den Bars, Discotheken und Supermärkten ist in nichtmal 5min erreichbar. Trotzdem merkt man nichts vom Partyleben in der Wohnung! Super Ruhig! Wir empfehlen daher jedem, ob Partyliebhabern oder Familien diese Super Wohnung(en)
