The house was renovated and newly furnished in 2008. It has 2 bedrooms, 1x double bed and 1x 2 beds, 1 living-dining room with fireplace, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC. Throughout the width of the living room you will find a terrace with a view into the Mediterranean garden. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the view of the Bay of Pollensa with its romantic sunsets. Washing machine and dryer are available. 2 bicycles can be used free of charge for excursions.

Just 1 km away in Bon Aire / Mal Pas you will find an exclusive marina with multiple restaurants and bars. It is about a 15 minute walk, or a 3 minute drive, to both of the sand bays of Mal Pas. The old city of Alcudia with its historical city centre is located 3 km away and invites you to stroll. Here you will find alleys with restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The lively tourist city of Port de Alcudia with its kilometre long beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf der Trauminsel!

Nach monatelanger Vorfreude auf unseren Urlaub, wurden unsere Erwartungen vollstens erfüllt. Als wir das Haus betraten wurden die Fotos lebendig und wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht zu 100 % dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Ausstattung ist super, so dass unsere Pläne aushäusig zu essen, kaum genutzt wurden. Die Dachterrasse ist für ein gemütliches Abendessen einfach wie geschaffen, das Frühstück fand auf der Schattenterrasse statt. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Kontakperson vor Ort sind sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren vom 19.07.-27.07.09 dort.
Es ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man zum Urlaub braucht.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber nach Alcudia ist es nicht weit. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Günstige Ausgangslage für Ausflüge über die Insel. Für Kinder wohl nicht so ideal aber ansonsten für alle Altersgruppen die es etwas ruhiger möchten sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliches Haus für erholsame Ferien

Wir haben das Haus in Bon Aire in einem sehr sauberen und einladenden Zustand vorgefunden.
Es wurde uns nicht zu viel versprochen, denn wir haben alle Bilder und Angaben in life wiederentdeckt und uns sehr gut erholt.
Das sehr schöne, familienfreundliche Haus ist mit einer angenehm schattigen Terasse ausgestattet, die sich hervorragend für ausgedehnte Frühstücke und entspannte Grillabende eignet.
Auch die Betreuung durch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort verlief ausgezeichnet ( Austausch einer leeren Gasflasche und Klärung eines kurzfristigen Stromausfalls am ersten Tag!)
Gute Restaurants kann man in Alcudia Altstadt finden (ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg).Ansonsten sollte man schon einen Mietwagen haben, wenn man Bon Aire als Urlaubsort wählt.
Wir können das Haus empfehlen, wobei evtl. größere Personen Probleme mit den Betten bekommen könnten, da diese relativ klein sind.

Tolles Haus!!!!

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub und haben uns in Ferienhaus pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, wie schön und wie gut ausgestattet es ist, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Somit fällt uns kein Verbesserungsvorschlag ein ;-) Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und Ihr Haus ebenfalls weiterempfelen.

Ein Domizil für einen schönen, erholsamen und ruhigen Familienurlaub. Wir waren mit unserer 5-jährigen Tochter zu Gast. Alles verlief Reibungslos. Der defekte Heisswasserkessel wurde sofort (Aus- und Einbau innerhalb von 2h nach Anruf)) repariert. Die Zimmer sind klein aber genügen. Hervorzuheben ist die 2. Toilette. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall ein PKW mieten.
