Luxury holiday apartment in front line near the harbour in Puerto de Pollensa. The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift and has about 140 m2 living-area. Perfect for 6, ideal for family with children. We have 3 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms one of them ensuite, living room with dining area and access to the sea view terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee-machine, toaster, washing machine etc. The apartment is also perfect for the winter months as we have central heating. Fans for the summer. DVD. TV. The location is centric, in front of the beach and harbour. Quiet, without traffic. All restaurants, bakeries, shops and bars you can reach easily at walking distance. Golf at 3 km. Diving at 5 km. Windsurfing school at 200 metres.

This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.
