This cosy holiday apartment is located in a preferred residential region on the southern slope of the Pyrenees above the fishing village of Rose.¥ It is a component of a single family house which is used throughout the year by the owners. The holiday apartment offers 2 people the optimal ambiance on about 80 m2 and includes a beautiful double bedroom with a direct bathroom, completely equipped kitchen. Living room and bedroom have access to the covered terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of roses. At the same time, it has a beautiful breakfast terrace with a direct garden connection. Further equipment includes: SAT-TV, gas central heating, iron, ironing board, bedsheets and towels.

The beaches and the city of Roses are located below the mountain Mas Fumats (about 4 km) where you will find this holiday apartment and in a few minutes you can reach it by car. The region of Alt Empordá offer you a variety of water sport options, but also hiking, horse riding in the nature protection park Aiguamolls and Cap de Creus belong to the popular excursion destinations. If the weather isn’t very inviting for the beach, a visit to the Dali museum in Figueres is possible (about 25 km), or an excursion to the nearby province capitol Gerona (50 km) with its charming old city. The Gulf of Roses with its beautiful coast with long beaches, crystal-clear water and idyllic small bays have turned into a popular destination.

Im September verbrachten wir 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Fewo mit phantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Roses. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts.Sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die netten Vermieter gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Erkundungen im Umland und zeigten uns die beste Badebucht - vielen Dank nochmal dafür :-) Alles in Allem waren wir sehr begeistert und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ausgezeichneter Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten im Juli 2009 das Vergnügen, als einer der ersten Mieter in dieser sehr schönen, ruhigen Ferienwohnung unseren 12-tägigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Beschreibungen der Wohnung trafen zu, so das unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und z.T. sogar übertroffen wurden. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage, in einer bis ins Detail komplett ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern, die uns auch den ein- oder anderen Ausflugstip gaben. Allein schon der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Rosas ist wunderschön. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da die Wege zum Strand bzw. nach Rosas zu weit sind. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und bietet mehr als ausreichende Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten, die wir auch genutzt haben. Wir werden wiederkommen und können diese Ferienwohnung auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.
