50 m² apartment, one double bedroom with three terraces, self-catering, romantic little garden, suitable for senior citizens, tennis court near front door, beach easy to get to in two minutes on foot. Restaurants, German baker and supermarket in town. German satellite TV. The apartment is in a cul-de-sac off the main street. It’s about 500 m walk to a little bay and you can also reach the large bay of Santa Ponça and its pretty, promenade flanked sandy beach on foot. You must try some of the sports facilities on offer: diving, swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse-riding, golf, surfing, waterskiing, mountain biking, mountain climbing or inline skating. The apartment is in Costa de la Calma, in the south west of Majorca between Palma de Mallorca and Port de Andratx. Costa de la Calma is near the modern holiday centre of Santa Ponça.

The apartment is in Costa de la Calma in the southwest of Majorca between Palma de Mallorca and Port de Andratx. Costa de la Calma is near the modern holiday centre of Santa Ponça.

Haben hier ein schönes erholsames Wochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgerüstet. Für müsige Stunden ist mehr als genug Lesestoff vorhanden.
Die Terrasse lädt zu gemütlichen Mahlzeiten im Freien ein. Sehr ruhig. Strand gut erreichbar. Unser Kleiner (2 Jahre) hat es genossen, sich ungehindert drinnen und draußen im Garten bewegen zu können.
Alles in Allem - empfehlenswert.

Als Familie haben wir zwischen dem 19.12.2008 und dem 07.01.2009 unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht.
Wir waren begeistert durch die persönliche und seriöse Betreuung von unserem netten Hausverwalter, der für jegliches Anliegen ein offenes Ohr hatte. ( Bis zur Begleitung zum Arzt)
Dieses Objekt liegt ist sehr ruhig gelegen Ort,( kein Verkaerslaerm)
wobei man wie in der Beschreibung zu Fuß auch alles Erreichen kann.
Anhand der reibungslosen Abwicklung und positiven Betreuung würden wir gerne wiederkommen.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
