Photos and Description of this Baltic Sea - Mainland holiday house We offer two holiday homes and two holiday apartments

On the property you will find multiple ponds with more than 4000 m2 altogether, and a population of fish (walleye, zander, carp, tench, whitefish, sturgeon and eel). 2500 m2 of which can be fished, knowledge is needed. -A boat swims on the old pond. Embedded in zones with water and plants you will find three golf holes (70, 85 and 130 m). Their playability is easy to difficult due to different tee-off positions. Play experiences are not for beginners ! Golf classes can be given. If you want to have other preferences, there are a lot of excursions on foot in the surrounding, by bicycle or by car as well (for example, the surrounding forest with hills, Hansapark, Holstein Switzerland, Lübeck, Kiel with Laboe, etc.) steam rides on the Baltic Sea or the larger lakes. The island of Fehmarn with a lake aquarium. The eagles fly by us. Kingfisher and tern hunt little fish. The egrets steal larger and the stork often goes proudly over the fairways.

House 'Patrick' is on our oldest pond on which a boat swims. The house is 75 m2 large and has an additional large terrace. In the large living room with a double bed couch you will find a fireplace oven and television. Here - facing the south - the family likes to eat and watch the water (4 m away). The large master bedroom allows to comfortably set up a crib. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher. In the children's room you will find two beds. The house has two bedrooms, each with a shower and bidet.

The holiday home is located on a 15000 m2 property by the forest, where4000 m2 are covered by water. Despite the playground with a swing and sandbox, you will have a lot of tranquillity here. Since September 2009, we have been double certified as bat and swallow friendly. Our region borders Grömitz so that not only this large and famous Baltic Sea resort is nearby, but rather also other beach parties. The famous Hansapark is nearby. A few day tours from here possible: to Rostock, Schwerin, Wismar, Ratzeburg, Lübeck, Hamburg, Kiel / Laboe, to Holstein Switzerland or the island of Fehmarn. Ship rides on the Baltic Sea or the large lakes around Malente are interesting. Even Copenhagen can be reached in a long day over the Fehrmarnsund bridge and ferreis per train or by car. More highlights include the sea aquarium on Fehmarn, zoos, riding schools and in Lenahn, the museum farm.

Notes: On our property green and water areas dominate. In our ponds you will find a lot of types of fish (for example, pike, zander, sturgeon, carp, tench, eel and different white and small fish. Our guests have the possibility to fish in the ponds. Golf can also be played. (3 holes with 75, 85 and 130 m lenghts). We can give you golf training on request. The necessary equipment for playing can be rented for a minimal fee. Additionally, we have the option to purchase these in our golf shop if you need them to play golf. We produce ecological vegetable (sometimes more than we eat ourselves), and we specialize in health since ten years with American Ginseng (panax quinquefolium), which you can buy from us. We are located in a large foliage area and have a lot of very fresh, health air and spaces to go on walks.

We are an oasis for relaxation surrounded by intact nature. The large property was primarily used as a cow pasture 35 years ago. After the purchase, we changed everything ecologically with water (about 4000 m2), trees (now around 20 m high) and with the application of hedgerows. The types of birds here have doubled to over 60 during the past 30 years. So not only the kingfisher hunt for small fish, but also the white tern. The egret is a daily guest and the cormoran comes here from time to time. The fish have no chance against him. Some areas of the property have fruit trees that bring in annual lush harvests of bio-fruit. We particularly value the 'Holsteiner Cox' with harvest times at the end of September/October. If you have fun taking harvests with you, we offer our tenants the possibility to take a half centerweight of apples (free!).

Golf: We have three golf holes (75, 85 and 130 m long) with different tee off variations (easy to difficult, for example 65 m over water). Here about 350 golfers have been trained (private or through public courses). The manager of the house is a studied sport teacher and gives golf classes. There is a small golf shop where you can buy all necessary accessories for low prices. You will find multiple large golf facilities nearby.
