The apartment of 60 m² is furnished with designer furniture, very cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 private terraces. There is a private parking space in the grounds. There is also satellite TV, a video recorder, stereo with CD. Bed linen and towels are included for 2 persons. The price includes other costs such as electricity and water, internet connection, final cleaning 50 E, breakages deposit 200 E repaid on departure if no damages occur. Splendid pool 9 x 5 m in a splendid Mediterranean garden.

La Sella is just a few minutes away from Denia and the motorway exit. You can walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and sports facilities like tennis, squash and riding. The tennis courts have well-maintained sand bases. Top tennis coaches are available here. The beautiful 18 golf course of La Sella is located among orange and almond groves and pick just a few minutes away by car. Denia is renowned for its miles of white, sandy beaches and clean water, only 10 minutes away by car. Snorkelling and diving are available in Denia on the beautiful, romantic rocky coast. Denia is a typical Spanish town with lots of bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops. The old town and castle have been carefully preserved and have lots to offer, as does the new yacht harbor. The ferry goes to Ibiza every day.

Wir waren Ende September bis Mitte Oktober 2009 zu Gast in Casa Louisa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Appartment ist schnucklig eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu zweit zu verbringen. Man hat die Möglichkeit schnell nach Valencia mit der Bahn zu kommen! Wertvolle Tips dazu gibt die Gastgeberin! Sie gibt einem von Anfang an das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein und organisiert alles unverzüglich sobald man fragt. Die Hundedamen Qunnie und Cloey gehören zum Inventar der Villa genauso wie die schönen Pflanzen ringserhum im wundervoll anmutenden Garten. Die urbanización "La Sella" ist ein für sich geschlossenes sicheres "Dörfchen" mit vielen Villen und Appartments an einem Berg anliegend den wir den "Zuckerhut" nannten :-) Alles in allem sagen wir "Daumen hoch" und wünschen Louise alles erdenklich Gute, und Ihnen viel Freude bei Ihrem nächsten Urlaub in "Casa Louisa"!

Es fehlte uns an nichts

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem landschaftlich schön gelegenen La Sella - zentral an der Costa Blanca - von wo aus wir interessante Tagetouren bis nach Alicante, Valencia und ins Gebirge unternommen haben.
In den nahegelegenen Orten Denia und Javea sind die verschiedensten Freizeitaktväten am und im Meer möglich.
Die Unterbringung bei unserer Gastgeberin war gut und wurde durch Ihre herzliche und sehr angenehme Art sehr schön abgerundet.
Grillen auf der Terasse, Frühstück am Pool... es fehlte uns an nichts.
Wir kommen auch gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Hund

Hallo wir Syrta und Burkhardt waren im Juni in Denia. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer netten Wohnung mit einem schönen Pool, den wir jeden Tag benutzt haben, mit der Vermieterin und ihren zwei kleinen Hunden war es sehr schön, das Grundstück war sehr toll, mann hatte allen Freiraum den man brauchte. Unser Hund Josi hat sich sehr gut mit den zwei Hunden den Vermieterin verstanden, also auch mit Hund ist es Toll.
Denia ist eine schöne Stadt seine Stände sind sehr schön.
Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhiges kuschliges Appartement

Die Anlage ist sehr geplegt und gut gelegen mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Durch die Lage des Hauses ist es auch sehr schoen ruhig.
Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke mit frischem Broetchen, Zeitung usw.
Dazu kommt noch die nette Gastgeberin, die sehr tierfreundlich ist.
Es war ein sehr schoener Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastic

We stayed at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. It was everything we had hoped for. Quiet, lovely furniture, beautiful pool set in a beautiful garden and a wonderful hostess.

Within 5 minutes walk there are 2 restaurants (very good food for little money) a small shop and a farmacy. Extremely convienient.

We will definitely be back.
