The cottage was created by a French count in Costa de Canyamel in the northeast of the island in the best location on a slope. The equipment is typical in a Spanish style. The house enchants through its beautiful view of the mountains, the golf course Canyamel, the beach and the dream bay to the caves of Arta. The lone-standing house is embedded in green and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor living room you will find a large living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and a large bedroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large partially covered terrace with a 50 m2 pool and outdoor shower will excite you. You can swim alone in your own pool and have a view of the sea and the mountains - it is pure relaxation. Loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. In front of the kitchen you will find a covered BBQ area with a walled grill. Internet connection (wireless) is available.

The house is located on the north-eastern coast in a very sophisticated residential region on a slope. Canyamel (still a secret tip) is peacefully, quietly located, because there is no through traffic. If you want a break from relaxation, you can go to the nearby tourist cities of Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor. Canyamel has a stunning, manageable bay with a beach surrounded by nice, inexpensive and very good stores. Historical old cities, for example Arta and Capdepera can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Golfers can play on different golf clubs. Tennis players will find a famous tennis court directly in Canyamel. There are a lot of hiking paths in this region and cyclists can use this as their starting point. All attractions of the island can be reached quickly from Canyamel. But also the relaxation value will be provided in Canyamel.
