Spend the most precious time of the year in this beautiful, completely equipped holiday home that awaits you in Cape Coral (near Fort Myers), capability for up to 6 people. The house is located in one of the most beautiful residential regions of Cape Coral - not in a holiday settlement, directly on a saltwater canal with direct access to the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need for a beautiful holiday: it has 160 m2 living space and is full air conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining and living room (cable TV, 2 TVs, telephone, stereo with CD player, DVD), a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer. There are enough towels and bedsheets available. There is also a large solar heated swimming pool. Here you will find a grill and garden chairs. A large screen surrounds the terrace and the pool so that you are protected from mosquitoes.
