Our manor is located directly on the edge of the forest, near Burg Finstergrün on a small elevation and has a view of the three valleys. Surrounded by meadows and century-old trees, you can find rest and relaxation. The Hessian Gut Prem has a size of about 6 ha. The light and genuinely furnished rooms (some with balcony) all have a stunning view of the stunning landscape and the unique mountain panorama. The separate dining room and the spacious and stylishly furnished salon with an open fireplace offer a cozy atmosphere. Holiday by us in the mountains promises the fulfilment of your most secret holiday wishes - whether it is winter sports, an active holiday in the summer or simply just resting and relaxing - you will like it by us! The sunning secluded location inspired us to create a Finish sauna in the garden, which invites our guests to have a special sauna experience!

Golf: Fanningberg: In the wide, sunny and flat basin of the Lungau you will find the 18 hole tournament course - one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the Salzburg land. The 9 hole par 3 course offers golf beginners the immediate option for having a golfing experience. The course is completed by a 280 m long driving range with covered tee-offs, spacious pitching, chipping and putting greens, practice bunker, a first-class golf school and an assorted golf pro shop.
