The apartment is 75 m² large, is located on the ground floor on a street in the district "Marco Polo" of Viareggio and was finished in 2008. The building has altogether three stories. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two separate beds (see photos), a bathroom with a bathtub, WC, bidet and one with a shower, WC, bidet, a living room, a storage room, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying frame, exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, oven, dishwasher, sink, dishes for 6 people and a table with 4 chairs. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa and an LCD television with a satellite antenna. In front of the entrance there is about a 20 m² terrace with a table, 4 chairs and a sun umbrella. The apartment is very well lit. Parking options on the street. Supermarket 800 m, fruit and vegetable store, butcher, cafe nearby.
