From the house you will have a marvalous view to the mediaeval village of Capdepera,which is situated only 2,5 km from the touristic centre of Cala Ratjada. The house provides entrée, 3 bedrooms, living room with stove, a completely equipped kitchen, dining room, terraces (1parcely covered), 2 bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower, aircondition, central oil heating for holydays during the winter season, own parking places in the front of the house.

You will reach Artá within 10 minutes and if you like to go Palma, the capital of the Island, you will be there within an hour.

Heating costs: Oil heating will be charged by 80€ a week. In the living area is a stove. The needed wood can be offered at cost price.

Golf: The house is perfectly situated for golfers. 4 famous Golf courses can be reached within 10 minutes: Pula Golf, Capdepera Golf, Golf Cayamel, Golf Son Servera (Costa de los Pinos).

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und läßt nichts vermissen. Die hintere Terrasse liegt im Grünen, so dass man das Gefühl hat, man wäre auf einer Finca. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaft schönen Blick bis über die Berge nach Capdepera bis hin zum Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
