Diverse and simultaneously relaxing holiday in Berlin: we offer you this in our new holiday apartment. The 55m2 apartment was recently renovated and furnished with a lot of love and care. It is located in an absolutely peaceful location by Prussia Park and is only an 8 minute walk from Kurfürstendamm or 2 subway stations. The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture that faces the park. An elevator is available in the house and you also have your own parking space. The apartment also offers new, tasteful furniture and very good, new mattresses - along with a completely equipped, small kitchen with a lot of comfort (for example, dishwashers, microwave, washing machine), a modern flat-screen TV, a lot of books, storage room and a stereo.

Decide for yourself what you would like to discover in this diverse city and what you would like to experience and then you can go back after a relaxing day to our cozy holiday apartment where you will find pure relaxation. Our apartment is actually thought of as a 'family apartment' for our children and grandchildren in Switzerland and is furnished for this, but we also rent this to demanding holiday couples that love individuality. We are also ready to help you with questions you may have.

Eine Ferienwohnung, die man am liebsten selber besitzen möchte, mit Liebe und Geschmack sowie Sinn für's Praktische eingerichtet. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen in ruhiger Lage. Einziger Störfaktor: Es gibt nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche statt einer Bodendusche. Das konnte bei der Renovierung im Herbst 2008 nicht realisiert werden, sagten uns die Besitzer.
Owner's Response: SMART-Bewertung ist vollkommen richtig. Aber Badezimmer hat zwar keine Bodendusche, dafür aber wenigstens ein grosses Fenster zum Park.
