Newly built finca inland and the rustic style with modern, luxurious comfort. The property was completed in 2007, comprises 14,000 m2 land and is by many loving and extravagant details. It consists of three bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds and three adjoining baths, no desire to leave open. Each bathroom has a Whirpool and an additional extra shower in the bath with steam sauna even function. The fully equipped kitchen and large living-dining area invite you to leisurely relax. The house is surrounded by several terraces, a large swimming pool with outdoor shower and a brick barbecue. The land is situated a few kilometers from the village of Santa Margarita, or even Maria de la Salut away. The sea can be reached easily by car within a few minutes a well-developed road.
