On the ground floor you will find a hallway in the large, comfortably furnished living and dining room. Balcony doors lead to a large terrace surrounded by trees that give cool shade and also offer a great view of the garden and the pool. Also on the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space and laundry room. A short hall leads to 3 bedrooms with a bordering shower and direct access to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have built-in closets and ceiling fans. The top floor house the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Here you will find a roof terrace with a separate entrance to a charming studio with a large bedroom with 2 single beds and shower bath and living room. Furthermore, there is a kitchenette with a fridge. The beautiful, spacious garden area offers a lot of plants and trees. Basket furniture on the terrace invites you to relax. The pool is surrounded by a gate that can be easily removed. There is also a BBQ area.

Villa Constans is in the peaceful villa district of Cala d'Or, a popular holiday destination on the south-east coast of Majorca. Cala D'Or with its famous marina where you can often see celebrities in the restaurants and you also have 7 wonderful sand bays with crystal clear water, offers all ingredients needed to make a successful holiday. International bars and restaurants, a pedestrian zone is ideal for shopping and supermarkets. In a 5 minute drive you can reach the nature protection region of Mondrago with its beautiful beaches and shaded picnic spaces in the pine forests directly by the sea. The market cities Santanyi (market: Wednesday and Saturday) and Felanitx (market: Sunday) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Also, Palma can be reached in just under an hour, which provides the advantages of a capital. The long white beaches of Es Trenc can be reached in 20 minutes by car. An ideal starting point for excursions and at the same time an ideal destination for non-drivers.
