The finca is newly furnished. There is central heating and in the bedrooms you will find a/c. The final cleaning offers an open and cosy living room with a spacious and very well-equipped kitchen and dining room. There is SAT TV and DVD. Furthermore, there is also a tastefully furnished double room with an en suite bathroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom. A guest toilet is available. On the top floor you will find 2 double beds, one of which is equipped with an en suite bathroom. Both have a direct access to the terraces, from which you will have a beautiful view reaching to the coast and the city Cala D'Or. The outdoor terrace has a porch - a covered area with a great BBQ area. The bordering pool is very large (12x5m) with an outdoor shower and offers a lot of sunny space with cosy loungers and sun umbrellas for unwinding. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying.
