The typical Majorcan house is located on the edge of the village of Felanitx, less than a 15 min. drive from the most beautiful beaches like Cala Mondrago and Cala Santanyi, the beautiful monastery of San Salvador and the picturesque villages of Alqueria Blanca and Porto Colom. On about 110 m2 of living space you will find a light ambiance with an open fireplace, an inviting dining space and a cosy living room with a large, open fireplace. The terrace - with a view of the 100 m2 large garden with meter-high bamboo plants, Mediterranean plants and fishing pond - is an oasis for those looking for rest. Three bedrooms on the top floor and a sofa bed in the living room offer space for up to 6 people

Felanitx is a good half hour from the airport. The typical Majorcan city offers the attractive Sunday market (less than 5 minutes away on foot), a large number of typical Spanish tapas bars. The area invites you to go on walks and bicycle tours through the wide, hilly landscapes with almond and carob trees, yellow clover and marguerite meadows and a wonderful view of the view points, "Santuari" and "San Salvador". The white beaches of "Es Trenc" and the romantic bays of "Cala Mondrago" and "Cala D'or" are located less than a 15 minute drive away. Excursions to the original fishing village of "Cala Figueras", the caves of "Porto Christo" and the shopping metropolis "Manacor" can be reached quickly.

Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt!

Ein von außen unscheinbares Stadthaus, was beim öffnen seiner großen Tür, einen gleich mit seinem Charme einnimmt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht! Das schönste ist dann ein Garten, wie eine Oase mitten in der Stadt, mit Goldfischteich, hohen Bambus und Palmen der idiale Platz um am Abend zu grillen! Das einzige was wirklich fehlt wären ein paar Liegen zum relaxen im Garten und ein Sofa fürs Wohnzimmer... Am Sonntag der Wochenmarkt ist ein Muß, aus dem sonst so ruhigen Felanitx, wird ein Anziehungspunkt der ganzen Inselregion. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Traumhaftes Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist toll renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und bietet sehr viel Komfort. Die Zimmer und Betten sind ausreichend groß, alles war super sauber und vor allem das Gärtchen mit der Terrasse ist ein toller Platz zum Seele baumeln lassen. Ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer und eine Spülmaschine fehlte noch zum perfekten Glück, aber das war nicht ausschlaggebend. Zu den schönen Stränden der Ostküste ist es nicht weit, und so haben wir jeden Tag einen anderen Strand ausprobiert. Wir haben uns allesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt- sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Traum von einem Garten , sehr ruhig gelegen ! Sehr schöne Umgebung die man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto schnell erreichen kann ! Der Markt am Sonntag ist ein unbedingtes Muß !
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- konnten uns gut erholen ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!!!!!

Schönes Stadthaus in gemütlicher Lage

Die Wohnung ist total groß und schön. Im unteren Bereich sind Küche und Wohnzimmer mit anschließendem Garten. Im Obergeschoss sind 3 Schlafzimmer. Einfach toll abends bei einem Glas Rotwein im Garten zu sitzen und dem Plätschern des Wassers zu lauschen, dass dort von einem kleinen Brunnen in einen kleinen Teich fließt.
Das Dorf Felanitx ist sehr schön, besonders sonntags der Wochenmarkt ist absolut zu empfehlen.
Einfach toll da!
