Two completely equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dish washer, cooking-stove with baking, microwave. Four bathrooms with tub or shower, WC, bidet and washing basin, washing machine and tumble drier. Four sleeping rooms. Access over a private staircase from the living room to the 2nd floor. Heating is on throughout the year. Parking in the basement garage. Ask if pets can be brought. The refined multiple dwelling in alpine land house style is located in sunny spot of Garmisch.
