The Casita Rocco consists of three light-flooded rooms whose winged doors open to the large garden with the typical Majorcan Persianas and the view far over the soft hilly landscape up to the mountain of Randa will amaze you. Almond trees and cypresses are everywhere. Oleander and bougainvillea. The holiday domicile has a romantic bedroom in the colours of white and blue, a kitchen with an oven, a bathroom with a walled shower, a living room with German TV and a pull-out sofa bed for two people or children. Breakfast on the terrace or in the large garden.¥ Private BBQ area, heated flooring during the winter. Casita Rocco is a finca on a 20,000 m2 property. Countless rest, sun and shaded spaces. Large pool. The finca has an absolutely peaceful location and offers spectacular vies in all directions. Walks and hikes directly from the garden. Market in Sineu, restaurants and supermarket.

The finca is absolutely laid back, peaceful and located on a hill in the triangle between the cities of Son Joan, Lloret de Vistalegre and Montuiri. Sineu, known for its cafes and the Wednesday open air markets, is only 5 minutes away by car. In all of these typical Majorcan cities you will find small bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The landscape is not very settled, hilly and attracts through a lot of diversity; pine forests and large fields, almond trees and lush meadows, cypresses and palm trees. And everywhere you will find the Majorcan dry walls and sheep, sheep.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser tollen Finca mit tierischem Familienanschluss verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön, alles, was man braucht ist da und sogar noch mehr. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind wirklich toll und wunderschön gestaltet. Auch der nahe Ort Sineu ist einen Besuch wert - bummeln über den Markt, essen in einem der Restaurants. Es hat uns gut gefallen, dass die Hunde und manchmal auch die Katzen gerne den Tag an der Finca mit uns verbracht haben. Schöne Strände erreicht man etwa in einer Dreiviertel Stunde mit dem Auto. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Bucht S´amarador neben der Cala Mondrago.
In jeder Hinsicht absolut empfehlenswert!!!
