This guest house has character and is 4 km from Palma on the countryside, it is appealing through its charm and absolute tranquility that can only be disturbed by the sheep bells on the pasture. It is totally set-up facing south, is made of a living room/bedroom similar to a loft, a pantry kitchen and a large shower/bath. The light-flooded room was professionally decorated in a Provencal style with white materials and modern art. The large patio looks to the natural garden with a lawn and stone sculptures, behind that you will see fields and mountains and the most beautiful sunset that you can imagine. The swimming pool 11x5 can be used together. A private parking space and entrance is available. Your privacy will be respected. The property has a special Feng Shui that was created by the owner - an interior designer who has lived on the island for 35 years. A cat and a parrot watch over the property.

Nearest Motorway: Valldemossa at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 10 Kilometres
Accommodation on the countryside in a typical Spanish, natural environment with a vegetable garden and some chickens and sheep, but 4 km from Palma with all of its attractions. The property is appealing through its location, total south-facing orientation and far view of the mountains. Half path to Valldemossa and Deia, closest golf course Son Termes, Son Vida, Son Muntaner, Son Quint. Fast highway connection, salida Valldemossa. Typical Spanish village of Esporlas with weekly markets without tourists nearby. On foot you can go through the rural residential area and in 20 minutes you buy the best wood oven bread in a village store. The first restaurant and cafe are found across from the store. Supermarket is about 2 km away. The advantage is that you will live absolutely far from tourists during the main season, but still have the same options nearby. The other Majorca for those who love mediation and contemplation.

Notes: There is central heating for the winter months, during the summer a fan is enough due to the constant breeze. There is speciallly a dish for UK channels and german television. Cableless W-Lan connection for Internet. Not ideal for small children because of the pool and fish pond. The kitchen s adequate for making smaller dishes, a grill is also available. In a bookshelf you will find enough international litterature. The 80 m2 terrace is secluded and has 2 teak loungers, a marble table and 2 rattan chairs. From the terrace you have a sensational view over the fields to the mountains.

A beautiful holiay cottage

A quite beautiful holiday cottage is adjoined to the owner’s main residence, whilst being completely private. Just 4km from Palma the setting of the cottage is completely rural and the description given by the owner accurate. We enjoyed a most relaxing stay in this quite beautiful setting. The cottage itself is well equipped, the décor bright and modern. A vehicle is required and the cottage is some 15 minutes from the airport, the location also makes for easy access to Palma and all other parts of the island. The owner Angelika is most welcoming, helpful and discrete having plenty of helpful hints to places of interest.

Idylisches Plätzchen zum Entspannen

Mein Partner und Ich sind bereits zum zweiten Mal auf Mallorca. Nach einem unglücklich gewähltem Hotelurlaub, suchten wir uns dieses Mal das wunderschöne Casa Amarilla aus. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind absolut zutreffend, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Viele weiße Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine,... und eine lecker Flasche Wein stand auch schon bereit! Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an rundum wohl, nicht zuletzt wegen der herzlichen Begrüßung der netten Vermieterin. Sie stand bei Fragen auch gern mit Rat und Tips zu Seite.
Es war ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub in dem wir wieder viele neue Plätze entdecken konnten, die Sonne und das Meer genossen haben und es uns kulinarisch gut gehen lassen haben ;-)
Aber in erster Linie haben wir uns wunderbar erholt! Dieses hübsche Domizil empfiehlt sich absolut zum Ausspannen vom stressigen Alltag, vorallem wenn man mal ganz für sich sein möchte. Ein Auto ist definitiv notwendig. Der Standort ist wunderbar um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.
Als Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

An dieser Stelle viele Grüße an die MietzeKatze und den Papagei, welcher uns immer ganz freundlich begrüßt hat (auch gern Zweisprachig...)!

Traumhafte Lage & romantische Idylle

Traumhafte Lage und schnell (15 - 30 min. mit dem Mietwagen) zu erreichende Stände im Norden, Süden und Westen der Insel. Auf die Ostseite fährt man ein wenig länger, dies wird einem aber durch die tolle Landschaft versüßt. Hier braucht man ab ca. 45 min. mit dem Wagen.
Die Finca selbst ist spartanisch-mediterran eingerichtet und bietet mind. 2 Personen ausreichend Platz - besonders schön ist das liebevoll eingerichtete Bad mit einer riesigen Dusche und die Terrasse, die mindestens genauso groß wie der Wohnraum der Finca selbst ist. Von hier aus hat man einen der schönsten & romantischsten Sonnenuntergänge überhaupt. Das einzigsten Geräusch in der Umgebung sind Grillen und Schafe, auf den großzügigen Wiesen auf die man schaut - die je nach Lust und Laune mal da sind, oder auch nicht ;) - alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen für verliebte paare, oder die die es noch werden möchten!!!

...Ruhe-Oase für zwei...

2 Tage Recherche im Internet nach einer passenden Unterkunft haben sich in diesem Fall gelohnt!
Nachdem diverse Hotels durch unser Raster gefallen waren, stießen wir eher per Zufall auf diese Seite und "casa amarilla"
Bis zur Ankunft skeptisch, ob auch alles so ist, wie beschrieben - so weggewischt waren diese Bedenken, als wir alles das erste Mal inspizierten!
Alles ist so wie beschrieben, die Besitzerin sehr nett und mit vielen Tipps hilfsbereit und die Ruhe war einfach himmlisch!
Hinzuzufügen wäre nur, das es neben den Schafglockengebimmel abends (hörte sich ein wenig an, wie Glockengeläut in den Alpen) immer noch das schönste "Määh-Määh"-Konzert selbiger Huftiere kostenlos dazu gab... ;-)

Aus unserer Sicht ideal für Paare, die mal ein paar Tage abschalten wollen!

PS: ein Mietwagen ist schon wichtig!

Das exklusive Gästehaus ist mit viel Gespür und schönen antiquarischen Möbeln individuell eingerichtet. Es hält was die Fotos und Angaben im Inserat versprechen. Das Anwesen liegt in einem ruhigen gepflegten Garten mit Pool und unverbautem Blick in die Ferne. Palma ist dennoch sehr nah. Die nette Besitzerin hilft gerne bei Problemen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, Abstellplatz vorhanden, Restaurants und Bäcker in Establiments, Supermarkt schnell erreichbar. Für uns war es ein Traum - Ferien - Haus, welches zum Wiederkommen einlädt. wiederkommen.
