Resort La Mata located 38 km south of Alicante (airport) in the heart of Costa Blanca. All the necessary shopping centers and a large range of catering are surrounded. The apartment is conveniently located in an residential complex only few steps from the beach. The daily well groomed long stretched sandy beach invites you for sunbathing, guarded sea viewing, swimming and the promenade. The apartment is for maximum 4 persons (2 adults, 2 child's) Fully furnished with a double bed, living-dining room with 2x a couch for two person, bath with shower&toilet , a separate kitchen and has sat-TV (all the usual programs) and radio with CD player. The spacious balcony with sea view has sliding, so that even in winter a very pleasant stay.
