This beautiful apartment is south-facing on the first floor. It has been carefully furnished in old Spanish style. The house has a lift. The apartment is airy and spacious and has beautiful furnishings. Beds are brick-built and wardrobes are built-in. A well equipped American kitchen is provided. Enjoy the Mediterranean ambience and let yourself go. You’ll be on the beach or on the promenade in no time at all for a glass of wine or a walk into the centre to absorb the Spanish air. You’ll love walking in the large nature reserve, beneath ancient pines, Eucalyptus trees, amid lavender, thyme and other wild herbs beside the extensive salt seas, the biggest salt source in Europe. Super air with hardly any mosquitoes or flies in summer!

From our apartment it’s only 5 minutes to the beach promenade and approx. 30 minutes on foot to the centre. Come and see the loveliest places on the Costa Blanca and the enchanting environment.
