Wie in dem Online- Inserat zu ersehen, ist die Ausstattung eher klein und schlicht gehalten, dafür ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden und in einem einwandfreien sauberen Zustand. Gemäß dem Motto: Klein aber Fein und Mein.Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und ruhiges Haus. Die im Haus wohnende Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und verbreitet einen familären flair. Dieses Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Durch seine Lage etwa 400 m vom Strand entfernt, kann man sich getrost auch Mal zurückziehen und den Trubel der Strandpromenade vergessen. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die vielzahl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen sind.
