In a countryside location with view of Randa mountain, this house on 33,000 sqm is in the south of Majorca. Llucmajor, a typical Majorcan small town, is 2.7 km away. Lots of bars to sit down in, supermarkets, restaurants and all your heart desires. Wednesday and Sunday there’s a green weekly market in the market place. On Fridays there’s a flea market and various other stalls. The local countryside is easy to explore on foot.

It’s about 10 km to the renowned balenarios and beaches on Platja de Palma. The famous nature beach Es Trenc in the south is also only approx.18 km away. Son Antem golf course is really close by. The three Randaberg monasteries are only 10 minutes away.

Durch puren Zufall beim 1.Mal gebucht. Traumhafte Lage im Landesinneren mit gutem Weitblick über die Insel , hervorragender Ausstattung , mit allem , was man braucht. Eigentümer wohnen auf dem Grundstück und man kann ( muß aber nicht ) sehr netten Kontakt knüpfen.

Vermieter habe beste Kenntnisse der Insel und geben wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen.

Man ist auf ein Mietauto angewiesen , gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe und auch , wer den Strand liebt , erreicht diesen in knapp 30 Minuten.

Ideal für Erholungssuchende , die die Ruhe geniessen und auch die schöne Landschaft erkunden wollen.

Diese Finca ist nun 1 bis 2-mal jährlich für 2 Wochen unser Domizil und auch Freunde und Bekannte sind mittlerweile begeistert.

Wir fahren mittlerweile das 3. Jahr auf die Finca und können es kaum erwarten unseren nächsten Urlaub im August dort zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Berg Randa. Abends kann man einen tollen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist kpl. ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Den Strand (Es Trenc), die Altstadt in Palma, den Flughafen oder auch die Playa de Palma erreicht man problemlos in kurzer Zeit. Kurzum wir kommen an und fühlen uns quasi wie "zu Hause".
