This exclusive villa is located southwest of Cape Coral on a very wide saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The management can help you organize the right boat. The very large pool is heated electrically. The house is very well equipped with high speed internet, 50 inch plasma TV in the living room, 40 inch TV in the large bedroom. The villa offers rest and relaxation - it is in a residential area with exclusive houses. Through the very wide canal, the house has optimal privacy in the pool / patio area. By the dock, which belongs to the villa, you don't need a fishing license in order to get something to BBQ. We have a German manager that can help you with suggestions.
