At the foot of the historic Calvaria mountain on the 2nd floor of a 300 year-old Majorcan townhouse you will find the individual apartment with arches, with a large living-dining area with a fireplace oven, SAT-TV, stereo system and cosy roof terrace in the middle of the old city. One bedroom has 1 double bed, the other 2 single beds. The large kitchen in Mediterranean colours is equipped with a gas stove including an oven, washing machine, dryer + espresso machine. Pollenca is the "local cultural capital", has countless art galleries, during the summer it has an internationally renowned music festival and other cultural events, a lot of distinguished restaurants and shops and every Sunday afternoon there is a well-visited market with local products from the region. This is where urban living takes place. The proximity to the most beautiful beaches with a lot of sport options in the Bay of Alcudia, Formentor with a partially breath-taking view of the Tramuntana mountain are unique.

In the middle of the historical old city of Pollenca you will find the large apartment only a few steps from the Placa Mayor, where everyone meets. Local supermarkets are around the corner, along with a lot of different restaurants and tapas bars for every taste. Only a few km away you will find the most beautiful sand beaches in the Bay of Alcudia like the secret tips of Cala San Vicente + San Pere and the trip with the ferry to Formentor with crystal-clear, shallow water. During all seasons, the Puig de Maria invites you for a climb with its Ermita and small restaurant, the Tramuntana mountains invite you for romantic excursions, the Lluc monastery for expansive hikes and the entire region for cycling. An exclusive 9 hole golf course is located at the gates of Pollenca, the 18 hole course of Aucanada near Alcudia was just opened last year. Directly by the beach of the harbour you will find a German sailing and surfing school for big and small with a lot of different types of boats.
