This is a cozy rustic chalet in an ideal central location. Its spacious garden is an especially inviting place to relax, and the town’s charming pedestrian zone is just a few steps away. For summer holidays, the surrounding area of Seefeld offers its visitors 2 golf courses, summer festivals, endless hiking trails, and beautiful lakes. The 9-hole golf course, lake resort, and fitness path are all within 5 min. walking distance. For winter holidays, there is nearby access to numerous cross country ski trails, and the ski bus stops right in front of the house. Entrance: Living room with cable TV, dining room with rustic style Tyrolean furniture. Ground floor: Kitchen, a double bed room with shower/toilet, and sauna. Upper floor: Living room with cable TV and children's play corner, exit to the large sun terrace. 7 double bed rooms, each room with shower/toilet (1with bath/toilet), exits to balcony. All rooms have nice views of mountains and nature. parking available.
