The rustic house is furnished with a high standard and all rooms have a/c and central heating. From the spacious entrance area you can get to the cosy, light living and dining room with a connected fireplace. Large doors lead to the veranda with a dining table, which offers a fantastic view of the entire environment. The well-equipped, spacious kitchen with a dining area is located in the lower area. Service room with washing machine. Furthermore, there are two double rooms also with a panorama view and bordering shower bath. A staircase leads to the top floor with the master bedroom. This room has a private sun terrace from which you can watch the beautiful landscape. Another attractive double room and a single room and a large family bathroom complete the upper area. A beautiful garden with an enclosed pool, ideal for children and another back terrace invite you to unwind. A walled grill area is also available.

The finca is located outside of Cas Concos in the beautiful nature in south east Majorca. In the nearby neighbourhood you will find breath-taking almond and olive groves and horse and sheep paddocks. In the nearby small city of Cas Concos there are romantic restaurants, a supermarket and bars. Only 10 km away is Cala D'Or an the stunning southeast coast Majorca, famous for the countless bays with crystal-clear water. 10 minute drive away you will find the charming nature protection region Mondragó with white beaches and pine forests with shaded picnic spaces. For golf lovers, the famous Vall D'Or golf course is only a 10 minute drive away. The market city Santanyi and Felanitx is located only 8 km away, and the harbour cities of Portocolom and Portopetro with romantic restaurants directly by the sea.
