The formerly, imposing country seat is very ttractiv with its original ars, wooden beams and cobble-stone pavement, its high typical hall and very spacious romantic but modern and comfortable kitchen. The voluminous walls protect against heatness and humidity. With a lot of sensibilty the owners changed the old outfit without destroying the antique substance. 4 bedrooms for max. 9 people, 2 bathrooms and a spacious sitting/dinign room with an open fire place, Sat tv and CD player, a very spacious (living)kitchen in the ground and first floor. A lovela garden with greens and palm trees seperates the main building from the small guest house, which has space for max. 2 people with a spacious living/dining room with open fire place and american kitchen, bedroom on the gallery, bathroom and a very cozy covered terrace and a sun terrace. Below the garden is a very big pool situated with shower, dining area, BBQ and sun terraces. A very princley estate!

Our prperty is situated only 3 kms from the attractive, wealthy country town Pollenca in the north of Majorca. Its quite conservative. This is a benefit for its guests, here people still celebrate traditional festivals, nurture traditional crafts and the beautiful, old town-houses. Pollenca can indeed be regarded as one of the art-centres of the island with its 12 art galleries and the Internatinal Musiv Festival which takes place during the summer months. The Sunday market, the Calvario with its 365 steps, the monastery mountain Puig de Maria are musts to visit. Tehre are a lot of very good restaurants in and around the town. One of the island's most attractive golf-courses (9-hole) is 2 km away, the golf-course of Alcanada with sea-views and 18 holes is 15 km and the beautiful beaches of Cala Sant Vicenc are 7 km away. Port de Pollenca is the harbour town of Pollenca with a nice sea promenade, a sail and surf centre, a lot of good fish restaurants and mainly british holiday guests.
