The living-bedroom is spaciously furnished with modern and new furniture. A cozy double bed invites you to relax. On the sofa, you can ring out the night. As a sleeper sofa, it offers space for 2 other people. By the window there is a dining area for 4-6 people. Included in the equipment is a new flat screen television with digital cable TV. The apartment has internet access through WLAN. The rooms are stylishly furnished with original restored parquet floors or with new tiles. The newly installed heating creates a cozy home. The new windows seal perfectly and can be tilted or completely opened. The new spacious bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a toilet. There is a hair dryer. The anteroom offers a cloak room, a 3 piece cabinet and the washing machine. Accessories: vacuum, laundry drying stand. In the kitchen you will find a new De Longhi espresso machine.

Central and very convenient location in a residential area near the city center. The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated Viennese Art Nouveau style. The house was restored and an elevator was installed. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and does not have a direct neighbour. All types of shopping facilities can be reached by foot. Wonderful market area with fresh groceries every day directly nearby. Sunday shopping options at the bakery in the alley. Shopping street nearby.
