This villa from the 60s was completely renovated and reorganised in 2007 and fulfils now the newest standards. On two levels, one day- and one night area, it proposes enough space for up to six people with 120 m² living space, including the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guests will enjoy the two terraces and the spacious south balcony with seaview. The house is situated in a private villa area in the end of a dead end. The surroundings are completely quiet, even with the train passing behind the villa. The railroad is constructed in a deep gulch and so does not disturb at all. The entire equipment of this object is very tasty and as good as new. The day area has air conditioning.

Anthéor is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of Anthéor is only possible for residents on private roads, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
