A large living room, a/c, sofa, dining table for 6 people, fireplace, satellite TV, large flat screen TV, home cinema area. Large terrace with blinds directly in front of the living room, large roof terrace. Direct view from the living room and terraces of the greenery opposite with the small houses, which integrate wonderfully into the landscape and the original natural protection region. Open new kitchen, fully equipped, induction stove, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, filter and espresso coffee machine, toaster, orange press, egg cooker, water cooker, mixer. Cala Romantica and environment: beautiful bay, that justifies its name Cala Romantica, 5 km from the fishing village of Porto Cristo where you can also find the world famous caves. The small different houses, where most are one or a maximum of two stories, fit perfectly into the landscape. The beach slowly deepens into the water, ideal for families. From May to October you will find: on the beach there are sun umbrellas and loungers that can be rented for a fee, a surfing and sailing station, two beach cafes/restaurants and a car rental and a small supermarket (mostly closed from December to February) with everything you need about 300 m from the house. More shopping facilities, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and about 4 small supermarkets like Spar are a 5-10 minute walk away in the bay nearby and of course, 5 km away in the village of Porto Cristo (can be reached with a bus directly from the bay).

Ein Super-Haus - sehr romatisch!

Wir haben hier ein Haus angetroffen, welches unseren Erwartungen in jeder Beziehung entsporchen hat.

Wir sind im Internet auf dieses Haus aufmerksam geworden. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: Ein kleines Stück Paradies!

Das Angebot ist absolut seriös, die Abwicklung reibungslos. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Also vielen Dank nochmals an den Vermieter - und allen anderen einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Perfekte, liebevoll gestaltete FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend gestaltet und bietet alles, um wunderschöne Urlaubstage - und abende zu verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr ansprechend. Auf den beiden großen Terrassen (eine Dachterasse) lässt es sich hervorragend sonnen aber auch am Abend gemütlich beim Grillen (Grill vorhanden) beisammen sitzen. Die Küche ist technisch modern und umfassend ausgestattet, da macht Kochen selbst im Urlaub Spaß. Auch bei Regenwetter kann sich in der Wohnung gut aufhalten, das große Sofa lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Zum Strand ist man schnell hinunter gelaufen und der kleine Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen und anderen nützlichen Dingen ist auch in 3 Min. Fußweg erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns durch die Verwalterin bestens betreut und mit hilfreichen Tips gut versorgt. FAZIT: Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Es war alles rundum super! Ein schönes Haus mit viel liebe Eingerichtet und wirklich mit allem was man braucht oder brauchen kann ausgestattet.Selbst für unsere kleinste (1Jahr) wurde ein Stufengitter und Terassenschutz installiert. Sehr kinderfreundlich jede Menge Haus- und Strandspielzeug vorhanden. Die Bucht ist wirklich romantisch wie es der Name schon sagt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen wieder!
