This cosy house is in Mas Fumats estate in 700 m² of grounds. 'Casa Navarra' has 120 m² of ground surface, creating comfortable living for 4-8 persons. The new pool is on the adjacent open sun terrace with sea view. The Mediterranean garden is lovely and shady on hot days under the olive trees and is ideal for a siesta. Roses fishing village is approx. 3 km away and adjacent beaches and towns only a few minutes by car. In Mas Fumats there is a bakery and a restaurant, easily reachable on foot from the house.

The beaches and town of Roses are at the foot of Mas Fumats mountain (ca. 3 km), where this apartment is located and are only a few minutes away by car. The region of Alt Empordá is great for water sports, but also for hiking and riding in the popular nature reserves of Aiguamolls and Cap de Creus. If the weather’s not perfect for the beach you can visit the Dali Museum in Figueres (ca. 25 km) or the nearby provincial capital of Girona (50 km) and its enchanting old town. The gulf of Roses and its wonderful coasts and long beaches, crystal clear water and idyllic little bays make Roses a popular resort.

Traumhaftes Haus mit super Pool

Im Sommer 2009 verbrachten wir 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus.

Innen:
Das komplette Haus wurde im Frühjahr 2009 neu renoviert. Die gesamte Einrichtung von Möbeln über Küche bis zu den Bädern ist neu.
Alles ist sehr schön hell und modern gestaltet.
Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig.
Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht.

Außen:
Der Vorgarten in Hanglage ist im mediterranen Stil liebevoll gestaltet und mit einem sehr guten Weber Gasgrill und 2 Sitzecken ausgestattet.
Über eine weitere Ess-Terrasse kommt man auf die Veranda mit ihren sehr guten Liegestühlen.
Dahinter befindet sich sehr SUPER Pool. Das Salzwasser ist mit wenig Chlor angereichert und wird täglich gereinigt und geprüft. Also keine roten Augen!
Ein weiterer Kohlegrill steht im hinteren Gartenteil.
Vom Haus aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Roses.

Umgebung:
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Keine Disco oder andere "Vergnügungen" in Hörweite!
In ca. 300 m befindet sich ein Schweizer Bäcker (bis 11:00 Uhr) und ein Restaurant.
Für Strand, Einkauf, Ausflüge, etc braucht man ein Auto!

Orte in der Nähe:
Roses - der nächstgelegene Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Empuriabrava - in der Hochsaison eher zu meiden, außer man mag Nightlife und Disco.
Sta.Margaritha - überflüssig.
Empfelenswert sind:
Cadaques, Figueras, Castello de Empuries, St. Marti, L'Escala.


Abwicklung:
Alles lief einfach und unkompliziert.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und freundlich.
Sie wohnen gleich nebenan auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Aber sie sind nahezu "unsichtbar" und respektieren die Privatsphäre. Sehr gut.

Resümee:
Alles in Allem ist dieses Haus ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die den eigenen! Pool suchen und Ruhe haben wollen. Das gehobene Ambiente sorgt für erholsamen Urlaub auch für die Kinder.
