Aguait is a new, rustically furnished finca that offers you a stunning view of the surroundings from the terraces and windows. A/C and heating are available. The ground floor has a spacious, light living and dining room. Window doors lead to a covered terrace with a dining table and an inviting group of chairs made of teak wood. In the lower area you will also find the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will also find two double rooms that share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Service room with washing machine. The top floor has a double room with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A balcony door leads to the terrace with a view of the pool and the surroundings. Another double room completes the sleeping accommodations. A second covered terrace on the top floor invites you to unwind. The garden is very beautiful and offers large green areas. The great pool with a sun terrace allows you to cool off and relax. A walled BBQ area fulfils your culinary wishes.

Nearest Ferry: Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4 Kilometres
The finca is about 4 km outside of Porto Colom in the beautiful nature of south-east Majorca. In about a 5 minute drive, you can reach this charming fishing city with several restaurants, bars and shops. The monastery mountain San Salvador is 500m high and offers a view over a large portion of the island to Caberra and is worth a visit. Only 15 minutes by car and you will find the charming nature preservation area Mondragó with white beaches and pine forests with shaded picnic spaces. The famous Vall D'Or golf course is just 5 minutes away by car. The market city of Santanyi (12 km) and Felanitx (8 km) are not far away. Even Palma can be reached in just under a hour, it offers all the advantages of a capital.

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schoener als auf den Bildern. Der Ausbilck auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, es ist alles vorhanden. Der beläuchtete Pool ist eine Wucht.
Kleine Wermutstropfen gibt es aber doch:
1. Der Besitzer hat einen Zwinger mit 4 Hunde auf dem Grundstück. Diese bellen recht laut auch öfter mal nachts - das kann sehr störend sein.
2. Die Hauptstrasse Felanitx Porto Colom ist in der Nähe und hörbar.
Ansonsten eine super Sache.
Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Wir bemühen uns immer, unseren Gästen einen reibungslosen und wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Der Hundezwinger wird selbstverständlich so schnell als möglich von dem Grundstück genommen, um zukünftige Gäste nicht zu stören.
Die Verbindungsstrasse Felanitx - Portocolom liegt ca. 300 mt von "Aguait" entfernt und führte bisher zu keinen Reklamationen.
