This very spacious villa was finished in 2008 and proposes for six persons all modern comfort as air conditioning and sauna bath. It is situated in a private villa area which can only be acceding by residents. The position high on Cap Anthéor provides a panoramic and unobstructable view on the Mediterranean Sea. The ground floor of the villa is composed by the generous living and dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen, the winter garden with ensuite sauna bath and the master bedroom with ensuite shower bath and dressing room. In the garden floor, you will find two enormous sleeping rooms with sea view, a shower bath and a dressing room. One of the two rooms is equipped with a supplementary small kitchen so guests can use the two levels of the villa separately.
