wir waren in der zeit vom 10. märz bis 29.märz in cape coral, wir hatten dieses wunderschöne haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die hausverwalter haben wir sehr ins herz geschlossen. ich kann jedem die villa aruba empfehlen, da es eine tolle lage hat direkt am kanal und das haus selber von innen wie außen top gepflegt ist. in der nähe gibt es mehrere fantastische restaurants, sowie supermärkte und kleinere geschäfte......zum strand fort myers....mit weißem karibischen sand sind es ca. 20 autominuten....welche aber wie im fluge vergehen, da die gegend sehr schön ist. die inneinrichtung des hauses ist modern und neu.....man hat 3 schlafzimmer, 2 bäder, eine großzügige wohnküche mit TV, internetanschluss ( laptop mitbringen), von jedem zimmer zugang zum pool und terasse......diese mit grill und sonnenliegen.....der pool kann beheizt werden......die 18 tage gingen leider viel zu schnell vorbei......wollten garnicht ausziehen!

Super eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir waren vom 16. - 25.08.2009 zu Gast im sehr schön eingerichteten Haus.
Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und man kann die Tage hier nur genießen.
Sehr schöner Poolbereich mit super Grill. Die Hausverwalter sind sehr sehr nett und bereiten einem einen schönen Empfang.
Die Lage des Hauses ist gut - in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Publix, Walgreens, Tankstelle und wer nicht darauf verzichten kann - einen McDonald. Zu den traumhaften Ständen nach Captiva und Sanibel ist es nicht weit (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert). Desweiteren liegen nicht weit entfernt die Outlets Miromar und Tanger (wer hier günstig einkaufen möchte - nur zu !).
Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit erneut mieten - toller Urlaub garantiert.

Einfach wunderschön...

Neues, wunderschönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage mit Top Ausstattung. Das Haus ist innen sowie außen absolut sauber und gepflegt; toller Poolbereich mit sehr großem Pool!
Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen :-)

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren Ostern 2009 zu Gast in der Villa Aruba. Die Absprache / Organisation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Die Hausverwaltung war zusätzlich sehr bemüht und für alle Fragen der richtige Ansprechpartner. Der Hausverwalter betreibt auch einen Bootsverleih. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben einen Tagesausflug mit Kapiän gebucht, so mußten wir uns nicht mit den möglichen Untiefen im Wasser beschäftigen. Ein Ausflug der unbedingt zu empfeheln ist! Das Haus war ganz neu renoviert und wir wünschen allen später Reisenden, dass der Zustand so schön und gepflegt bleibt. Die Ausstattung war Top - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein Auto ist natürlich ein Muss! Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz, weil wir 5 Tage in Orlando vertrödelt hatten. Beim nächsten Mal wissen wir bescheid - und machen höchstens einen Tagesausflug nach Sea-World. Alles Andere muss man in Orlando wirklich nicht besuchen! Everglades-Motorboot-Tour hätte man sich auch sparen können: verschenkter Tag. Ziemlicher Nepp und zu sehen gab es außer Mangroven, Mangroven, Mangr..... nur einen alten Waschbär, der auf Marshmellows der Touristen wartetet. Aber Captiva und Sanibel...... ein Traum! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder und bedanken uns bei Fam. A... für einen tollen Urlaub!
