This two-room finca apartment has transposed levels and a separate pathway and its own front door! Your holiday here is as private as in your own small finca. Large terrace of approx. 100 m² for sunny hours with a view of the large gardens full of orange, lemon and olive trees. An oasis of tranquillity for romantic holidays for two with one child, who’ll love it here. There’s an extra bed for an older child and a brand-name cot is provided for a little one. This finca apartment is in wonderful private surroundings, absolutely tranquil! And you’re still only approx. 8 min. on foot from the lovely 'house beach' with lagoon-blue sea and flat sand banks. Also nearby there are plenty of little beach restaurants and various shops. Lots of local places to visit and brightly coloured markets make the location particularly attractive.

For example: dragons‘ caves in Porto Cristo with its huge underground lake, Sunday weekly market in Porto Cristo, safari park in Sa coma, sea-water baths in Sa Coma, mile-long, flat sandy beach - ideal for small children too, seaside restaurants, nature parks, walkers‘ paths, the viewing station of Castell Punt a´Mer at Cala Millor, Castell Capdepera – another lovely little old town and market place, various lively local weekly markets, various riding schools with for example trips to Castell Punt a´Mer, two wonderful golf courses, large mini golf course, lots of restaurants and much more. If you pay us a small fee for two mountain bikes you can see all the local area without a car. There are lovely pathways all around for walking.
