Magnificent, finca at ground level with private pool and beautiful green view 360 degrees. 7500 m² of land, complete fenced in and partly as a garden. living space 165 m², hall, 3 double bedrooms (1 with double 200x200 and 2 with 2 single beds 90x190) all bedrooms have ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms, large living/ dining room with dining area, satellite TV and a sofa corner. Kitchen with 4-flame gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator / freezer combination, toaster and kettle. Washroom with a washing machine. Gas central heating. Around the house are several terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. 8 x 4 m pool. Several car-parking spaces. Absolutely calm, sunny location.2500 m to the natural sand dunes of the beach of Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla beach in Cala Ratjada. Wir haben zu sechst einen kurzen Tennis- Osterurlaub auf dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist wesentlich größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht.Auch der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe. Das Grundstück ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Tennisanlagen in Cala Ratjada sind Spitze. der Natursandstrand Cala Mesquida ist wunderbar.
Das AMCR Team vor Ort hat uns sehr gut betreut.
Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder!
