Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der Lage und dem wunderbaren Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Gerne empfehlen wir unseren Freuden diese Wohnung weiter. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich bzw. hervorragend. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in "Los Pinos verbracht und kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung - schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Ibiza verbracht. Einer der Gründe dafür war die saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung und der gepflegte Allgemeinzustand der Anlage. Bei kleineren Problemen half uns das überaus freundliche Hausmeisterehepaar. Die Strände in und um St.Eulalia, waren auch zu Fuss sehr gut zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber der Anlage war ein deutscher Bäcker, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, er hat uns auch bei der Suche nach einem Mietwagen tatkräftig unterstützt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war total überteuert , auch die Extra-Bezahlung für Wäsche von Bettwäsche u. Handtücher und Endreinigung. Die Einrichtung ist seit den 70 er Jahren nicht erneuert worden u. roch modrig. Im Bad Schimmel in den Ecken, ebenso in der Küche. Auf den Schränken u. Kühlschrank klebriger Schmierfilm von den letzten 15 Jahren. Kleiderschrank roch nach Urin.
Owner's Response: Leider ist es bei dieser Vermietung zu Unstimmigkeiten gekommen. Bis jetzt hatten wir stets zufriedene Mieter, die den Aufenthalt in unserer Wohnung genossen haben. Das Hausmeisterehepaar, dass seit ca. 30 Jahren unsere Wohnung zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit betreut bzw. den Garten pflegt und sich und auch um die Sauberkeit kümmert, werden wir unverzüglich kontaktieren um uns selber ein Bild zu machen, da wir leider nicht immer selbst vor Ort seien können. Die Abrechnung der Wäsche (die Josefa in Eigenregie berteibt) kostet die Woche!! ca. 15,00 Euro. Das halten wir NICHT für total überteuert. Überhaupt halten wir diese Bewertung für total überzogen, da wir immer größten Wert auf zufriedene Mieter gelegt haben. Die Preise für die Wohnung und Endreinigung stehen vorher fest, daher finden wir es sehr verwunderlich, sich nachher darüber zu beschweren.

Ferienwohnung "erste Erfahrung

Eine sehr schöne saubere Anlage und ruhig gelegen. Diese FeWo war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Betreuung des Vermieters war sehr gut (Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe, Ausstattung Reinigung der Wohneinheit) 5 min. Fußweg bis zum Strand und in die Stadt St. Eulalia. Empfehlenswerte kleine Anlage für Familien mit Kindern und solche die es noch werden wollen.
