The Holiday Villa Panorama comprises 530 m2 and can be used by 2 or 3 families up to 12 persons. It lies in the north west area of Rome in the picturesque hillside location of the Sabatini Hills next to the enchanting “Lago Bracciano”. Enjoy the incredible, over 30 km panoramic view of the Etruscan Valley from Sutri to the Reatini Mountains, Sibillini and Gran Sasso D’Italia. The centre of Rome lies about 48 km away and can be reached in just 35 minutes by car. Ladispoli, Fregene or S. Marinella on the Mediterranean Sea are a 30 to 35 km drive away. “Lago Bracciano” is just 5 km away and has an area of 57.5 km. It is one of the cleanest lakes of Europe. The well-kept property: The well-kept property is typical, with roses, rosemary, lavender, broom, hibiscus, shade giving oaks, chestnut trees and a lot more, and there are multiple natural levels that are bordered by natural stone walls.

Culture and health: Only 7 km away you will find the famous Roman amphitheater of Sutri, which is located in the heart of the historic region of Etruscan with its rich Roman history and tradition. Sutri is the most famous tourism center in the region and it organizes countless cultural events. You can eat very well in the famous 4 star hotel 'The Castle of Sutri' with its prized restaurant, whose chefs are members of 'Chaine des Rotisseurs'... 32 km away you will find the famous Papal springs of Viterbo, whose thermal water is said to have particularly healing effects. More thermal spas in the region are currently being restored and will be open soon.

Sport: The nearest winter sport regions, also ideal for daily excursions, are in the mountains of Reatini (M. Terminillo 2216 m) and Gran Sasso D'Italia (Corno Gr. 2912 m). Plus, you can hike, go horseback riding and do water sports, just to name a few options.

Golf: Near the residence you will find the famous golf club 'The Oak trees', which has 60 ha of golfing area and is one of the best 10 golf clubs in Italy and best 30 golf clubs in Europe.

A wondeful experience -
the house is much better than we imagined -
We all miss the days spent at the portico and our day trips to Rome ! not to mention those sunsets ....
We definetly are going to be back !

Ein absolut traumhaftes, großzügiges, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit atemberaubendem Blick von schattigen Terrassen resp. Balkonen Richtung Sutri. Lago di Bracciano gut erreichbar (20 min per Auto), Rom 45 min. Wir waren dort nach einer Romwoche, hatten also eigentlich keinen Bedarf mehr an Romreisen und haben die Ruhe und den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel sehr genossen. Naturpark hinter Sutri, Wandermöglichkeiten. Viterbo (37 km) ist klasse - also: Unbedingte Empfehlung.
Falls Kinderbegleitung: Es lohnt sich, Rasenspiele mitzubringen (Boccia; Federball; Krockett).
