Luxurious stylishly furnished apartment with all possible facilities and extras e.g. private deckchairs with sunshades on the beach, massage shower and spacious balcony with fantastic views of the bay of Alcudia. The apartment is in wonderful north Majorca between the ancient Arabic town of Alcudia and Can Picafort at the seaside in the bay of Alcudia. The 12km sandy bay is right in front of you with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean from Port de Alcudia peninsula and the yacht harbour as far as the ancient fishing town of Colonia de St.Pere Cabo Farrutx peninsula. Shops and restaurants are only a hop and a skip away, also the bus stop with 15 min. shuttle bus service along the bay and connections to Palma etc.The apartment has its own garage with space for up to 3 cars.The garage has built-in cupboards, a shower and a fridge.

This apartment is in the lovely north of Majorca between the old Arab town of Alcudia and Can Pica right beside the sea in the bay of Alcudia. Einfach traumhaft.Wärmstens weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir haben einen einfach traumhaften Urlaub dieses Jahr in der Casa Miranda verbracht und möchten dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Ein detaillierter Anfahrtsplan hat uns die Anreise sehr erleichtert, bei Ankunf war sogar frisches Obst im Wohnzimmer für uns bereitgestellt.
Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft, vom Parkettfussboden bis hin zum Relaxsofa mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs offene Meer hat einfach alles gestimmt.Der Eigentümer, sowie seine Tochter und auch die deutsche Verwalterin Gabi haben uns unseren Urlaub so richtig geniessen lassen.In der rustikal eingerichteten Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.Das an die Suite angrenzende Badezimmer und Ankleidezimmer sind eine gute Idee, man hat doch seine Privatshäre, wenn man mit Kindern oder einem zweiten Päärchen reist.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch die Busverbindung klappt wunderbar, man braucht also eigendlich gar kein Auto.
Wir möchten gerne allen Gästen dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles einwandfrei geklappt.
Lieben Dank nochmal an Gabi, welche uns so nett betreut hat.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub wahrlich genossen

Nach vielen Jahren hatten wir uns dazu entschlossen, wieder einmal auf Mallorca die Osterzeit zu verbringen.
Da wir mit FeWo-direkt bereits in der Vergangenheit gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben, war dies auch diesmal unsere erste Adresse. Auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung landeten wir auf der Seite der Casa Miranda, und wir haben es nicht bereut.
Schon vom ersten Kontakt an mit Gabi, der deutschen Vermittlerin auf Mallorca, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Über diesen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt sind uns alle Fragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet worden. Diese Frau scheint rund um die Uhr erreichbar zu sein und hat keinen Wunsch unerfüllt gelassen. Selbst die Kaffeemaschine, das einzige was uns als typisch Deutsche fehlte und nach der wir am Ankunftstag gefragt haben, war umgehend verfügbar.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Genuß! Hier hat alles gestimmt.
Angefangen bei der großen Garage über die Top-Ausstattung, welche liebevoll vom Eigentümer eingerichtet wurde, bis hin zu der grandiosen Aussicht vom großen Balkon direkt am Strand über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die 5 Sterne sind wirklich nicht übertrieben. Wir haben die Wohnung im Bekanntenkreis bereits wärmstens weiter empfohlen.
Unseren herzlichen Dank noch einmal an Gabi und den Eigentümer der Wohnung für die schönen Tage auf Mallorca.
