Our house was newly converted in 2004, we are in the ground floor. Behind the church (no bells after 20:00), traffic-free, in the centre of this traditional city with good shops, restaurants and bars for all ages and finances. Bus connection to Moutier and the airport. 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and en suite shower, 1 with a double bed. Another bathroom with a full bath/toilet and extra toilet. Living room with a view of the mountains, fireplace, 2 sofas (1 sofa bed) & 2 chairs, TV with DVD & CD/radio. Rustic dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, freezer and microwave. Electric heating. 100 m to the lift that leads to the gondola. Ski school, blue and red slopes, green in Les Menuires, city altitude 1450 m, Les Menuires (5 km) 1750 m and Val Thorens (8 km) are nearby. 18 km cross country trail in Les Menuires and on the nearby river. Stunning hiking and mountain biking during the winter and summer.

We have a row of good shops, a bakery, a butcher, a bank and a barbershop. Small weekly market with local products. The street to Les Menuires and Val Thorens leads past the city. Interesting churches and museums for the development of the valley throughout the centuries. Concerts in the church, slalom with torch relay and husky sleds for children. Snowshoe excursions. Traditional farm visits. Toboggan run and sport centre in Les Menuires with a swimming pool. Mountain panorama with hiking paths during the winter and summer with stunning flora and fauna. Moutier (18 km) is the closest city with a castle, weekly market and shopping centre.
