Be pampered by the sun and enjoy your individual holiday in our villa 'Caribbean Sunshine' on the Isla de Margarita. Our holiday home is only 300m from the most popular white beach, the 'Playa el Agua'. The holiday home was furnished with attention paid to details and is surrounded by an idyllic tropical garden with large palm trees and has 120 m2 of living space with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a large living room (completely air conditioned) with comfortable leather seats, large 42 inch flat screen television with satellite connection for international and German television, Dolby Surround music system with CD/DVD/MP3. All rooms are completely air conditioned! An open kitchen connects to the living room with a large 7m long built-in kitchen with everything that you need for self catering: a large refrigerator, coffee/espresso machine, grill, sandwich grill, BBQ and a lot more and nothing is left to desire. Just be there for you!

Our holiday home 'Villa Caribbean Sunshine' is located on the beach of 'Playa el Agua', in the North of the island, 25 km from the Porlamar shopping area. In only 5 minutes you can get to the nearby beaches, like 'Playa Parguito' and 'Playa Manzanillo', for example, by bus or taxi. Shopping center, bakery, bank, pharmacy, diving base, souvenir shops, cafe and restaurants for different nationalities and auto rental stores are located nearby and can be reached on foot in 300 m. The famous 'Aquapark', with its large waterslide is only 3 km away. We offer our guests a free shuttle transfer for shopping upon arrival and can show you the surrounding beaches, we will also recommend the best restaurants. During the evening, you can enjoy the typical nightlife in the beach bars with live music or enjoy the discos, night bars and casinos through Porlamar.
