Modern finca on about 15000 m² property. Living space about 120 m². 3 double bedrooms, each with a double bed 150x190, and a/c w/c, all rooms with en suite bathroom: tub (shower set-up), WC + bidet, window, heated flooring. Living room with SAT-TV, mini CD system, sofa, chair, table for 6 people for eating and/or for game nights. Kitchen: Large dining table, pull-out, steel-fridge-freezer combo, grill-oven combo, microwave, ceramic stove, coffee machine, utility room, iron and washing machine. Beautiful pool: Size: 6x4m, outdoor shower, terraces with walled BBQ area and enough area to lay down and sun loungers. A sun terrace will be built soon to extend the pool, it will also have a walled BBQ area, large lawn area and sun umbrella. Stunning natural location, but still good connections to the cities and beaches.
