Two holiday apartments on the garden floor of a freshly newly built, private villa in the most stunning area in the southwest of the island on an outlook terrace above the city and the Atlantic with a breathtaking view. The apartments consist of a large living-dining room, with spaciously equipped built-in kitchens, an upholstered sitting corner (can be reconstructed to a 180 x 200 double bed) a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 and a bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet in high-quality furnishing. The house is completely finished, the outdoor areas with a 5x10m pool are waiting for plants to grow.

From the holiday apartment you will have a breathtaking view to the south, over the Atlantic, the city centre underneath the terrace and the mountain chains that surround the bay. To the golf course in Ponta do Pargo, which is being constructed, it is only about a 20 min. .drive, mostly on a fast street. The house itself is located on a 900 m² property on the premises of a former avocado plantation 370 m above sea level in the middle of the Bay of Arco da Calheta. The property itself has an absolutely peaceful location about 100 m below the small, low-traffic access road.
