Our recently modernized family house is located on a hill. It is an upperfloor house with separate entrance in a free standing house. It has 2 seperate bedrooms, a friendly sitting and a dining area, a fully new equiped kitchen, bathroom with tub, washing machine, aircondition, cantral heating, private parking and above all a great garden at the front and the back of the house. Have your private barbecue after a day at the beach and enjoy your meal at your veranda, or the pavilion, whilst admiring the fabulous views of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding country side. In walk from 15 minutes you are at the beach. And by car you reach the village Porto-Heli in just a few minutes. A perfect place to stay due the winter!

Rica's house lies about 15 min. walking from the beach, in a relaxing area Ververoda / Porto-Heli. The house is fully fitted. It has a new kitchen, aircondition in the livingroom and both bedrooms. Central heating in every room, wich makes it a perfect place to stay in the winter! To rest and for childern to play, there is a great private garden with furniture and a pavilion. Enjoy a barbeque evening after a day at the beach. A large covered balcony give you enough shade in the warm summer months. By car you reach the village Porto-Heli in just a few minutes, a popular holiday resort throughout the year. The lovely village centre offers a wide variety of shops, tavernas, restaurants, banks, cinema & newspaper kiosks. Information on boat & motorbike rentals, excursions by boat to Hydra, Spetses, Poros or Monemvassia or by bus to Epidavros, Nafplion & Mycenae is available at the Tourist Offices.
