Our exclusive villa with pool is located in the South of Cape Coral Parkway, directly onto a salt water canal, in the so-called Yacht-Club-Area, one of the best residential areas and most demanded districts in the city of Cape Coral. It only takes ca. 5 minutes to reach the Gulf of Mexico with the sport boat. The living area has complete air conditioning. Three bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, with large, partly walk-in closets make it possible for families up to 6 people or for friends to have a comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen has a small breakfast bar onto the pool, and the cozy dining room is adjacent. In the so-called Florida-Room you will find a desk and a work area (with laptop and a free high speed internet access) as well as our exclusive cocktail bar. Enjoy your homemade Sunstate-cocktail, a delicious fresh wine or a tingly champagne.

  • Prices mentioned apply to bookings with 2 people. Each additional person is charged only € 50 per week.
  • A heart for children: 2 children until the age of 12 years are 100% free!!!
    No hidden additional charges: electricity and water costs, instructions and support from our German and English speaking house management, telephone (local calls free), Internet, waste collection and disposal fee, regular garden and pool service are included in the rental price.
  • The minimum rental period is one week, 2 weeks during the Christmas and Easter periods. We also charge a seasonal supplement of 20 % for theses periods. Additional 11 % Florida visitor's tax. Final cleaning costs: $ 130.- payable in cash on site.

Mainly, because Cape Coral has this incredible top location for them. From our own wharf you can reach in ca. 5 mins Caloosahatchee River. No flood-gates or bridges hinder you to get to the Gulf from Mexico. The wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, also the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from our villa. The quiet sandy beaches full of shells and the fantastic water conditions are a marvellous place especially for children to play and swim. Even, if you have no experience in going a motorboat, so its no problem. In the US you don’t need a license. Our house management will be pleased to give you an introduction of about 2 hours, so you become familiar with the boat and the water areas. What a wonderful place, superb pool, computer, flatscreens, nice kitchen, canal in the garden and.......a superboat

Ein Haus, wo man Urlaub wirklich geniessen kann !

Wir ( 2 Erw. & 2 Kinder) können kaum beschreiben wie wohl wir uns in diesem Hause gefühlt haben. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz!!! Die Lage, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung, der Pool, alles - einfach alles war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Lange haben wir überlegt, was wir in Ihr Gästebuch eintragen sollen. Uns fehlten die Worte - wir werden das auf jeden Fall nachholen - denn - wir kommen, wenn wir dürfen - wieder. Dann aber werden wir in jedem Fall auch Ihr tolles Motorboot dazu mieten, denn das haben wir diesmal (leider, leider) nicht gemacht. Wir beneiden Sie um Ihr tolles Haus und sind sehr froh, es auf FeWo gefunden zu haben. Es ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet, das merkt man.

Wir wollten nicht mehr weg ...

Wir hatten uns lange auf unseren Urlaub gefreut und waren dann natürlich auch ganz gespannt auf "unser" Haus in Florida, da es ja schon auf den Bildern ganz toll aussah. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles war wie beschrieben, einfach Klasse. Tolle Küche mit allem schick-schnack, Klimaanlage, großer Pool, Eismaker, hinter dem Haus ein Kanal zum Angeln (und träumen), nagelneue Fahrräder, Flachbildfernseher in (fast) allen Räumen, Internetanschluss, einfach alles da, was man so braucht. Dazu alles in einem sehr gepflegten und tiptop-sauberen Zustand. Unser "Home" war super geeignet zum Entspannen, als auch Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Exkursionen. Wir haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und hatten einen rundherum tollen Urlaub. Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Deshalb von uns: Die Bestnote !

Ein Traum wurde Wirklichkeit

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschoenem Haus. Liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet fehlte es hier wirklich an nichts. Eine (wahrhaft) vollstaendig ausgestatte Küche, moderne Flachbildfernseher und eine Steroanlage (sogar mit Adapter für den IPod meiner Tochter), Fahrraeder und Kuehlboxen für Ausfluege, Klappstuehle für den Strandtag und sogar ein tiptop gepflegtes Motorboot (Tip: unbedingt dazu buchen !!!) am eigenen Bootssteg ... Dieses Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem uebertroffen ( wir haben auch schon andere Sachen erlebt ) und es ist in Natura noch viel schoener als auf den Bildern. Bestimmt sind es die vielen Details die uns heute schon zur der Überzeugung kommen lassen: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Sogar besser als beschrieben !!

Wir haben in dem Haus nach einer erlebnisreichen Rundreise für 10 Tage Woche gewohnt und es total genossen.

Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, dass der Besitzer hier auch seinen Urlaub verbringt. Großer Flatscreen mit hunderten von Programmen, schöne Möbel und viel "Liebe im Detail". Der eigene, beleuchtete Pool, das Motorboot und das schnelle Erreichen des Strandes per Boot oder Auto lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Ganz besondern Dank auch dem Hausverwalter „Ralf“ der uns wirklich jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand. Hier bekommt der Begriff „Service“ schon fast eine neue Dimension.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in Florida, aber wir haben uns diesmal so richtig wohl gefühlt.

Wiederkommen werden wir bestimmt und wünschen derweil allen anderen einen schönen Urlaub in Cape Coral.
